pinnacle of Beethoven’s oeuvre
2020年是貝多芬誕辰250周年,國(guó)際鋼琴藝術(shù)家吳牧野三年之間繼“舒伯特即興曲全集”世界巡演(2018/2019)、“肖邦圓舞曲全集”世界巡演(2019/2020)后,攜可稱為“貝多芬?guī)p峰作品”的四部鋼琴奏鳴曲再次歸來(lái),訴貝氏之豪情,寄誕辰紀(jì)念之思,集強(qiáng)者之氣,繹巔峰之選。
The year 2020 is the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth, international piano artist Wu Muye will continue his world tour of "The Complete Improvisations of Schubert" (2018/2019) and "The Complete Waltz of Chopin" (2019/2020). He returns with the four piano sonatas, the pinnacle of Beethoven’s oeuvre", to express Beethoven’s lofty sentiments and to commemorate his birth. 250年前,西方音樂(lè)史上最偉大的作曲家之一貝多芬出生于德國(guó)波恩。在海頓的手中,他接過(guò)了莫扎特的精神;在德意志古典主義哲學(xué)的滋養(yǎng)和法國(guó)大革命進(jìn)步思想的指引下,在身體不斷被疾病折磨的痛苦之中,貝多芬以其堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志完成了一部部不朽的音樂(lè)詩(shī)篇。而貝多芬不朽的鋼琴奏鳴曲不僅僅是他內(nèi)心的情感震顫,更是社會(huì)風(fēng)暴的反響;不僅僅注入他率直的抒情,夢(mèng)幻般的浪漫旋律,也有他宏偉的交響性構(gòu)思,戲劇性架構(gòu)。貝多芬賦予鋼琴奏鳴曲這一形式以新的內(nèi)涵,其音樂(lè)形象的豐富性、音樂(lè)思維的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性、音樂(lè)思想的深刻性,都達(dá)到了前所未有的高度。
250 years ago, Beethoven, one of the greatest composers in the history of Western music, was born in Bonn, Germany. In the hands of Haydn, he took over the spirit of Mozart; under the nourishment of German classical philosophy and the guidance of the progressive ideas of the French Revolution, and in the midst of constant physical suffering from illness, Beethoven completed a series of immortal works with his strong will. Beethoven’s piano sonatas are not only the emotional tremors of his heart, but also the repercussions of social storms, infused not only with his forthright lyricism and dreamy romantic melodies, but also with his grand symphonic conceptions and dramatic structures. Beethoven gave the piano sonata a new connotation, the richness of its musical image, the rigor of musical thinking, and the profundity of its thought have all reached an unprecedented height.
國(guó)際鋼琴藝術(shù)家吳牧野集超凡脫俗的演奏技巧、華貴獨(dú)特的浪漫氣質(zhì)和冷靜高蹈的藝術(shù)風(fēng)格為一體,被法國(guó)資深媒體《世界報(bào)》譽(yù)為歐洲鋼琴界的“金手指”。他也是迄今為止唯一一位被法國(guó)文化部授予“完美鋼琴演奏家榮譽(yù)勛章”的中國(guó)鋼琴家(2009)。吳牧野于法國(guó)巴黎國(guó)立高等音樂(lè)學(xué)院榮譽(yù)畢業(yè),師從法國(guó)正統(tǒng)學(xué)院派大師Jacques Rouvier,在巴黎求學(xué)的十五年時(shí)間里,他深入探索歐洲古典音樂(lè)精髓,將其傳統(tǒng)和情感內(nèi)化,不斷完善對(duì)音樂(lè)的詮釋。他曾在意大利布索尼國(guó)際鋼琴比賽、巴黎瑪格麗特-隆鋼琴比賽等國(guó)際比賽中屢獲殊榮。吳牧野曾多次受邀在聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織音樂(lè)盛事上演奏;在巴黎大皇宮為中法建交五十周年的歷史慶典做為開(kāi)場(chǎng)首演與閉幕演奏;曾在亞洲相互協(xié)作與信任措施會(huì)議第四次峰會(huì)、G20杭州峰會(huì)、世界衛(wèi)生組織日內(nèi)瓦總部等國(guó)際重大交流活動(dòng)中獻(xiàn)出令人驚艷的鋼琴演奏。
Wu Muye unites the cultures of Europe and Asia like no other pianist. His virtuosity, temperament, and nobelsound are as unique as his community involvement. The newspaper “Le Monde” praises him for his “golden fingers”. He is the only Chinese pianist to date that was awarded the “Perfect Piano Performing Artist Medal” by France’s Ministry of Culture (2009). His outstanding skills enabled Beijing-born Wu Muye to study in Paris after completing his initial training in his hometown. Over a period of fifteen years he was able to immerse himself deeply in the European musical world, internalize its emotionality and tradition and refine his interpretations. He studied with Jacques Rouvier at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP). He won prizes, such as the award at the International Busoni Competition in Italy and the Marguerite Long–Jacques Thibaud Competition in France. He has given concerts at the Théâtre des Champs Elysées Paris, the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie, as well as the big concert halls in Switzerland, Italy and in Asia, to name just a few. He also performed at the opening gala on the occasion of the G20 summit in Hangzhou (2016), among others.

Wu Muye’s Beethoven Piano Sonatas touring repertoire covers the early and middle periods of Beethoven’s piano sonatas, with four "culminating works", from the early "Pathétique" to the middle "Moonlight". We hear Beethoven’s piano sonatas from their first appearance to the perfect fusion of form and content. In the course of his compositions, Beethoven experienced the frustration of love, sickness, and loneliness, but his music gained new life energy, superhuman will, resolute passion, and the uncontainable power to fight evil to the end in the midst of tragedy itself.

In Wu Muye’s music, Beethoven’s piano sonatas start with the introduction of the "Pathétique" Sonata’s first movement, in which bright hope and dark despair are intertwined in a conflict, and continue with the Moonlight Sonata. The sonata is tranquil and profound, yet conceals a sad tenderness, contemplating the melody from a distant place, to the "Tempest" sonata, with its dramatic ideas that shape the musical image of Shakespeare’s "The Tempest", and finally to the fervent and sublime "Appassionata" sonata, which is as passionate as an erupting volcano. Following Wu Muye, we swoon in Chopin’s waltz, elegant and romantic; like the lyricism of a song, we whisper in Schubert’s improvisations…Now, let’s listen to the king’s monologue, feel the grandeur and depth, the unyielding and stubborn, of Beethoven, and ascend the monumental "pinnacle" of classical music.

Over a period of fifteen years he was able to immerse himself deeply in the European musical world, internalize its emotionality and tradition and refine his interpretations. He studied with Jacques Rouvier at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP). He won prizes, such as the award at the International Busoni Competition in Italy and the Marguerite Long–Jacques Thibaud Competition in France.
He has given concerts at the Théâtre des Champs Elysées Paris, the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie, as well as the big concert halls in Switzerland, Italy and in Asia, to name just a few. His repertoire is focused on works by composers of the 19th century. After his focus on Schubert’s Impromptus (2018/19), he will dedicate himself to all of Frédéric Chopin’s waltzes in the 2019/20 season. Several CD recordings with works by Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt and Debussy have already been released. In 2018, he released his album with all of Franz Schubert’s impromptus for Sony.
His piano concerts are regularly enriched with compositions from China. He thus creates an artistic chain of understanding. Even beyond the stage, Wu Muye is committed to his home country. He has been appointed Special Representative for Health in China by the World Health Organization (WHO). He supported the anti-smoking campaign and initiatives to combat discrimination against people living with HIV / AIDS. He also performed at the opening gala on the occasion of the G20 summit in Hangzhou (2016), among others.

吳牧野先后在巴黎香榭麗舍劇院,漢堡易北愛(ài)樂(lè)音樂(lè)廳以及瑞士、意大利和亞洲等大型音樂(lè)廳舉辦音樂(lè)會(huì)。他的曲目主要集中于19世紀(jì)作曲家的作品。為期一年的“舒伯特即興曲全集”世界巡演(2018/19)之后,吳牧野開(kāi)啟了“肖邦圓舞曲全集”世界巡演(2019/2020)。迄今已發(fā)行多張專輯,收錄貝多芬、肖邦、李斯特和德彪西等古典大師的作品。2018年,吳牧野與索尼唱片合作的專輯《靈感的刻錄》在全球發(fā)行。
吳牧野在其鋼琴音樂(lè)會(huì)上也會(huì)不時(shí)融入中國(guó)樂(lè)曲,呈現(xiàn)獨(dú)特的東西方音樂(lè)碰撞。在舞臺(tái)之外,吳牧野一直熱心于公益事業(yè),投身公益活動(dòng)。他被世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)任命為世衛(wèi)中國(guó)健康特使,連續(xù)多年參與控?zé)煛滩》雌缫曅麄鞯裙骓?xiàng)目。
