陳牧聲的創(chuàng)作思想受中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的深刻影響。先后榮獲包括法國(guó)迪蒂耶作曲大賽第一名和比利時(shí)伊莉莎白王后作曲獎(jiǎng)在內(nèi)的十多項(xiàng)國(guó)際性獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)與榮譽(yù)。創(chuàng)作委約來(lái)自柏林愛(ài)樂(lè)樂(lè)團(tuán)、上海大劇院等國(guó)內(nèi)外重要音樂(lè)機(jī)構(gòu)。近作《牡丹園之夢(mèng)》自2008年1月BBC交響樂(lè)團(tuán)上演并由BBC三臺(tái)錄製以來(lái),在十多個(gè)國(guó)家的主要電臺(tái)給予專(zhuān)題介紹并產(chǎn)生廣泛影響,被國(guó)際媒體譽(yù)為“年輕一代最受矚目的中國(guó)作曲家之一”。
2004年他簽約法國(guó)歷史最悠久的Alphonse Leduc音樂(lè)出版公司。2008年他應(yīng)“法國(guó)迪蒂耶國(guó)際作曲比賽”組委會(huì)邀請(qǐng)出任該著名賽事的國(guó)際評(píng)委。他現(xiàn)為上海音樂(lè)學(xué)院作曲系副教授。2009年7月出任浙江交響樂(lè)團(tuán)首任駐團(tuán)作曲家。
Born in 1971 in the province of Zhejiang in the south east of China. Today he is considered as one of the most remarkable Chinese composers of his generation. Musheng’s music is profoundly influenced by Chinese traditional culture and philosophy. He receives numerous commissions from the Berliner Philharmoniker, Shanghai Grand Theatre, Commande d’Etat (France), Pro-Helvetia (Switzerland), etc.
In 2007 he burst onto the international scene when his A Dream in the Peony Garden, a orchestra piece was inspired by the ancient Chinese Kun opera Peony Pavilion, premiered by BBC Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Muhai Tang, received acclaim in Germany, Shanghai, Hong Kong, London, Spain, New Zealand, Finland, Hungary. His other scores include piano concerto Yunnan Capriccio (2006), was premiered at the Grand Theater of Tours with soloist Georges Pludermacher In March 2008; Splendid Overture (2008), a piece commissioned by the Shanghai Grand Theatre for his10th Anniversary Gala Concert in August 2008.
He has received many international prizes and awards, including the first grand prize of the Concours Dutilleux (France, 2004), Young Chinese Composer Award (Amsterdam, 2005), Queen Elisabeth Composer Award (Belgium, 2006), first prize of the ICOMS (Italy, 2007), first symphony prize of the Ciutat di Tarragona (Spain, 2008).
Currently he is an associate professor of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. Since July 2009, he is the composer-in-residence of the Zhejiang Symphony Orchestra
